Refund/Return Policies
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is not applicable for items that were purchased during a SALE period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at focusstorecontact@gmail.com. Please note that for change of mind returns, you will have to pay the costs of shipping to the address that we provide you - if approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased while they were on sale is non-refundable. Items at an advertised discounted price are FINAL. Items in clearance are non-returnable & non-refundable, we cannot replace/refund items that were put on clearance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We understand that going through this experience is frustrating! If we could do it differently we would, however we're only a small business and having to re-ship items impacts us.
In order to prevent these problems from happening in the first place, please carefully enter and review your address at the checkout! If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible if it hasn't been shipped out and we would be happy to fix it!
